we intend to 3-D print our project using our files from Inventor
Wood
we intend to use wood to reinforce our 3D printed parts for added support and strength
Building Procedures
When constructing the Codex Cradle, we began by laying all of our parts out in Inventor. After that, we began 3-D printing our project so we could physically assemble our prototype. Once the parts were printed and cleaned in the station, we assembled the parts, and noticed that we made the clearance too small between parts. We then, went back to our invetor files to recontrain our parts. We also had a conversation with our mentor, who suggested adding another component to add strength, such as apoxie or wood. We finished the protype by re-printing the inventor parts with a alrger clearance value and then added wood supports to finish the initial prototype. Pricing:
